The LMK LabSoft add-on LMK Glare Analysis can determine discomfort glare for artificial indoor lighting according to the UGR method (CIE publ. 117-1995 "Discomfort Glare in Interior Lighting").
Furthermore, the Daylight Glare Probability (DGP), according to Wienhold et al., for indoor facilities with daylight impact, can be determined with this add-on.
With the help of this add-on, you can record all necessary geometric and photometric influencing variables with one luminance measurement image.
This add-on is used for the metrological determination of UGR and DGP values for existing lighting situations in architecture. It is not used to record tabular UGR values of individual luminaires as used in lighting design. Due to the required measurement field, the software must be used in combination with measurement images taken with wide-angle or fisheye lenses.
